Thanks to the fact that in our buffet there are over 100 diverse products waiting for you every day, you can stay with us for a whole month and compose completely new, surprising flavor combinations every morning.

  • Monday: Energetic Start in "Fit" colors – Smoothies in two flavors, vegan yogurts, natural yogurt with fruit jelly, hummus in three flavors, cottage cheese with chives, farmer's cheese, coconut porridge, sliced fresh vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, radishes), muesli, breakfast cereals, plant-based drinks (almond, oat, coconut, soy).
  • Tuesday: Gdańsk Morning – Regional Heritage – Bread from the oldest bakery in Gdańsk – Majchrowski Bakery, selection of smoked fish (mackerel, trout, salmon), selection of regional cheeses from Kashubia, herrings marinated in three versions, homemade pâté, sour rye soup with smoked ham and horseradish, hard-boiled eggs with mayonnaise and chives.
  • Wednesday: Sweet Craftsmanship – From Our Pastry Shop – Cheesecake, apple pie, lemon bundt cake, yeast bundt cake, pancakes with cottage cheese or fruit filling, pancakes or waffles, chocolate and fruit sauces, chocolate and fruit mousses, fresh sliced fruits (pineapple, melons, kiwi, oranges, grapefruits).
  • Thursday: Mediterranean Inspirations – Mozzarella cheese with tomato and basil sauce, olives marinated in herbs and chili, chorizo, Greek salad, selection of blue cheeses (camembert, brie, lazur), baked tomatoes with cheese, mushrooms fried with garlic and thyme, sliced vegetables (peppers, red onions).
