2. The voucher holder is obliged to contact the property to arrange the date of use.

4. The voucher's validity period expires after 12 months from the date of purchase.
5. The voucher entitles to a one-time use of services located at Grano Hotel**** Gdańsk Riverside.
6. The received voucher must be printed and handed to the staff before the service is provided.
7. Unused funds are non-refundable and cannot be used for another reservation.
8. The voucher cannot be exchanged, either in whole or in part, for cash equivalent.
9. The voucher can be used by the purchaser or the person for whom the voucher was purchased.
10. The voucher is redeemed under the terms applicable to the sale of the given service, according to the prices and terms in force at the time of reservation.
11. If the bill amount exceeds the value of the voucher, the remaining balance must be paid on site by card or cash.
