1. Vouchers are activated at the moment of purchase.
2. The Voucher holder is obliged to contact the facility to arrange the date of its use.

4. The Voucher validity period expires after 12 months from the date of its purchase.
5. The Voucher entitles a one-time use of the services located at Grano Hotel**** Gdańsk Riverside.
6. The received voucher must be printed out and presented to the staff before the service is provided.
7. Unused funds are non-refundable and cannot be used for another reservation.
8. The Voucher cannot be exchanged, either in whole or in part, for cash equivalent.
9. The Voucher may be used by the purchaser or by the person for whom the Voucher was purchased.
10. The Voucher is redeemed under the terms applicable to the sale of the given type of service, according to the prices and conditions in effect at the time of booking.
11. In the event that the bill exceeds the value of the voucher, the remaining amount must be settled on site by card or cash.
